- 26/04/2007: Migration of the webmail system to a different server and perfomance tweaks to enhance the speed of the system.

- 25/02/2007: DNS issues relating to the primary mail server, which may have caused some customer facing issues.
- 21/02/2007: Upgraded one of the primary mail server's antivirus engines which was causing issues with .zip files. The problems should now be resolved.
- 06/02/2007: Maintenance in Redbus Interhouse, brief periods of connectivity problems to some colocated servers.
- 30/12/2006: Minor enhancements to mx0.orenet.co.uk. No negative customer impact expected.
- 10/12/2006: Enhancements to antispam system to pick up new-style stock and other junk mail. No negative customer impact is expected.
- 12/11/2006: Further enhancements to mail acceptance rules on all mailservers should improve performance accross the board by limiting the damage junk mail does to performance.
- 10/11/2006: Power failure in primary mail server hosting center, customers will be unable to access email for some time, now resolved.
- 11-12/10/2006: Enhancements to anti-spam systems on all mailservers should dramatically cut junk mail issues.
- 19/08/2006: Enhancements to the flexibility of Anti-spam and Anti-virus systems on the primary mail server, no negative customer impact expected.
- 13/08/2006: Software updates on the primary mail server, no significant customer impact expected.
- 26/07/2006: Issues with some emails to external addresses causing delays
- 25/07/2006: Some issues with webmail system may mean email may not have been sent properly from it for some of the day, users are advised to check with the intended recipients of emails sent via webmail today, or re-send any emails sent today.
- 24/07/2006: SSL/TLS SMTP enabled on primary mail server, backup MX servers to follow. No significant customer impact expected.
- 19/07/2006: Outage of primary web server during an upgrade procedure, resulting in some downtime of virtual hosting websites.
- 08/07/2006: SSL/TLS capabilities added to external POP/IMAP services. No negative customer impact expected.

- 21/05/2006: Upgrade to Frontpage Extensions on the primary web server, no significant customer impact expected.
- 18/05/2006: Webmail system upgraded after yet more (failed) hack attempts against it.
- 18/05/2006: Connectivities issues for backup mail and DNS server, no significant customer impact expected.
- 14/05/2006: Additional enahncements to antispam system, no significant customer impact expected.
- 03/05/2006: Upgrades and enhancements to core antispam system, no significant customer impact expected.
- 18/03/2006: Upstream connectivity issues with secondary mail and DNS server, no significant customer impact expected.

- 27/08/2005: Primary mail server software upgrade, to include 'Phishing' email protection and resolve some other issues. Some users may have experienced brief problems sending email, and delays in receiving email.
- 2005/08/19: Brief storage space issues on the primary web server may cause issues with website statistics for some users
- 2005/08/19: We have unfortunately determined that the network on which our primary mail server is hosted was blacklisted by a Spam Black List at around 8AM this morning, and are working with our suppliers to resolve the issue as a matter of urgency.
- 10/08/2005: Updates to IPv6 configuration for ns1.orenet.co.uk, for security purposes.
- 30/07/2005 - Necessary software updates applied to primary and secondary mail servers as well as development server.

- 16/05/2005: Some downtime of ns1.orenet.co.uk as a result of critical security updates being applied
- 10/05/2005: Essential infrastructure changes, causing brief outage of ns1.orenet.co.uk
- 09/05/2005: Important software updates to the primary mail server. No impact on customer services is expected.
- 09/05/2005: Hardware replacement of ns1.orenet.co.uk, short outage while components were replaced, which should resolve past intermittent issues.
- 01-02/05/2005: Problems with network connectivity for ns1.orenet.co.uk.
- 29/04/2005: Minor changes to primary mail server disk architecture involving brief delay for incoming mail, and short loss of access to webmail.
- 23/04/2005: Upgrade to power systems at the Redbus Interhouse facility to prevent future power issues such as we have recently experienced. As a result there will be a brief outage of websites and servers hosted at the facility this evening.
- 20/04/2005: Various upgrade work pertaining to website control panel, no impact is expected on customers.
- 15/04/2005: Brief outages of primary webserver to perform necessary security upgrade.
- 22/03/2005: Vulnerable customer FormMail scripts upgraded, due to recently discovered exploit.
- 20/03/2005: Power failure in our fulham facility, causing accessibility problems and delays to email
- 05-06/03/2005: Disruption to email service causing some delays to message processing.
- 01/03/2005: A major power failure in Redbus Interhouse, caused an outage of colocated server and virtual hosting services.
- There have been some necessary security upgrades to our primary web server on 14/02/2005. We anticipate no problems as a result of this.
- 14/02/2005: Miscellaneous other internal software updates applied, no customer impact expected.
